Highlight on Sienna Architecture Company

Greg Acker is the Director of Sustainability for Portland, Oregon based Sienna Architecture Company. A LEED Accredited Professional and an adjunct professor of green building courses at the University of Oregon, Acker has 30 years of experience as a green architect and building contractor.

In August 2007, Greg led the US delegation to participate in the Village School design workshop that included faculty and students from the University of Oregon, University of Virginia, Tongji University in Shanghai and Tsinghua University in Beijing.

The workshop produced some remarkable concept designs and was applauded by the organizers and participants as a watershed experience. Thanks to Greg and Sienna, this was all possible.
